now i do have my private space,i have my room,no one comes in without my permission,and i like that, 10 months ago

im 60 years young,and been through alot,i mean alot,but soon hopefully will have my own space,theres alot of thing i want to get done 15 months ago

When I was a kid I had my own room. My parents respected that space. The only people who entered did so by invitation. In college, with a roommate, my space was my car. I could go sit in it or drive away where nobody was, and lock the doors. Now, married with three kids I have no privacy, no getaway spot, nothing that is all mine that I don’t have to share. I share my bedroom with my hubby, the bathroom with everyone, we have a family car that everyone uses, my home office desk is in the livingroom. I have no place, not even a closet, where I can go uninterrupted. Yes, even at work I don’t have a door I can close. It’s wearing me down. 20 months ago

I have been working on getting past the divorce and drama for over 2 years. I finally accepted that the EX will do whatever it takes to be difficult….including refusing to allow my son to fly to see me. But whatever…. :) Now it’s time to live life….my life. Regardless of the hurdles thrown up I want always to smile in MY OWN SPACE. Which I plan to do very soon. 1 year ago
