I certainly don’t want to be unhealthy.
How I did it: I have a Total Gym, a bench so I can do strength training each day. I have made a workout area in my home so that I have a place to do AB workouts, movements for my lower body, plus Pilates, and yoga.
Having all these things besides trying to eat healthy mos the time has helped me to lose 25 lbs so far. I am continuing to workout and eat healthy so that by September I will be back to my usual weight of 125.
Lessons & tips: Be good to yourself.
Do it for yourself.
Make short term goals, and keep track of them. That way when you are feeling like you've made no progress you have something to look back on to get you moving on
Stay positive.
Watch out for those individuals who want nothing better than to spoil your progress simply because they cannot comment themselves to do as well as you've done.
Always stretch first, do your warm ups, and always make time to cool down.
If your workouts are too long, try interval training. 12-20 minute intervals. They work!
Resources: Total Gym (not made for short people but you can get a good workout if you alter some of the workouts they suggest so they work for you)
A separate weight bench used for free weights so I don't have to get up the change the weight on my Total gym I just switch benches.
Make your own workout music and make up your own workouts. You'll like it much better when you know how you move to what music and the music you're moving to is what you like.

Haven’t been drinking much water, have been smoking more, haven’t been eating as much…
I guess it makes sense; outside getting better but innards getting worse I bet.

My diet at Download consisted of 4 doughnuts, a portion of chips, 3 meals of noodles, a pasta snack thing, some bread and butter, lots of booze and a few gallons of water… This was spread over 4 days. Alongside this was lots of walking to and fro between blue camp, the village and the arena (which was like a mile away from camp!)
No wonder I think I’ve lost a bit more weight!

home from work. Took me a total of an hour and a quarter, from Brickendon to Hoddesdon via windey footpaths and single track roads. I wasn’t exactly sure of the route and thought I was horrendously lost along the way so am gonna map it now!
But yes… Exercise good.
This was however after working 10am-3pm lugging about equipment (ready for open week) and putting up with the bosses kid (new baby means her going mad for any attention and being naughty). I must be mad.
EDIT: 3.5miles in 75mins = so I was walking at an average of 2.8miles per hour LOL! Mind you… I did have to stop for cars to pass me, and to look at the muntjack deer in the woods, so easily take off 5mins methinks. Oh well. I did go majorly off route it turns out… By ooh about a mile. Stupid unmarked roads and footpaths surrounded by hedges. Least I know which route is best now! (The one I used to go by).

My baggy jeans aren’t AS tight around the waist so being ill must’ve shed a bit of weight off me… I’d rather think it was me drastically cutting down my drinking that did it though :/ Who knows.

I don’t know whether I have lost a bit or whether it was me dressing better that gave that illusion tbh. Either way it was nice to hear.

Yes, as you know I’m ill and thanks to the reduced appetite, fever and vomiting I’m bound to have lost weight by the end of this.
... I’d rather have stayed healthy and heavier though.

Yesterday I weighed myself at Andy’s and at mine. My scales told me I’m 13st again (they must be broken coz how can I put on like 8Lbs in one day?) but Andy’s scales told me I’m 12st and they’re only ever a couple of Lbs out maximum.
So yeah, in short I must be 12st rather than the 13 I thought!
... And I need to buy some new scales.
