How I did it: My grandpa and I used to go fishing all the time.
He said if you were going to catch a fish, you needed to be able to clean it as well.
So we went fishing and caught two pickerel
We cleaned them and took them home and fried them up with butter and a bit of batter
They were delicious.    

Lessons & tips: Find someone who knows what they are doing.
