I want to help someone - duh

well yeah i want to help someone, not like clean up for my mum lend someone 5 bucks for the bus and food, i really want to change somebodys life!
Make someone change their ways, have a better look on life, save their life even, but i need to know it!
i don’t want to send 20$ over to africa and get told my money was put to good use etc, i want the person to tell me etc =]
i also want to know that that is exactl what its going towards… not hotel accomidation for hosts in africa etc.
