Well, I want to teach in Ft. Worth now. I figure most people think I am choosing this because it is the “safe” option, but in reality it is where I want to be. I going for my family. Yes, I believe that family is far more inportant than friends.

I was fortunate enough to be born and raised in an awesome city (Austin, TX) and let me tell you, Austin is a VERY hard city to leave. Most people COME here to live! AND while I have traveled to other countries, I’ve only lived somewhere else for two months. I feel its time to move on to another city. What better city than New York?
Currently I teach in an elementary school in a very low income area and I can speak Spanish pretty well. Any thoughts on working in the NYC public school system?
