I walked 3.1 miles this morning. I had plenty of stress to walk off, having just completed my taxes.

I chipped in another 1.6 miles Monday despite feeling sluggish and some sprinkles. That brings my total to 3.3 miles. Once I do this a few more times, the addiction switch will go off in my brain and I’ll be logging 3-6 miles a day.
I just walked the first 1.7 miles toward my goal this morning. At this rate, it’ll take me another 588 days.
Walked around with the family again tonight. Is anyone else working on this?

Walked another 3 miles with the family yesterday. This is proving to be good quality time and good exercise bundled in one. LOVE IT!
