I have multiple sclerosis – I wake up in the morning and then at about 10 have a 3 hour nap then at about 2 hap a three hour nap and then go to bed at 8-30 at night and sleep till morning. Naps are good but they are driving me crazy! 4 years ago
My new nap schedule is from 6 AM to 7:30 AM. I absolutely can’t nap during the day when I have so much to do. 4 years ago
Today I napped from about 11:30 to 12:20, then again from 12:40 to 1:20. That’s a total of 1.5 hours! Elias napped with me in the bed :) 5 years ago
That’s when I should be napping. I work 2 jobs now, and my day begins at 5 am and ends at 10 pm. I get to bed at 11, which leaves me only with 6 hours of sleep per night.
That’s not TOO bad, but I have an infant son who wakes up at 3 am for a feeding, so I lose about 30 minutes of sleep. I need to nap to close the gap.
My final challenge is tying in my nap schedule with HIS nap schedule! I put him down at 11 and I hope he sleeps until I wake up at 1:30. This is tough!
He is crying now, and my nap is supposed to start in 4 minutes! lol 5 years ago
I take a short nap almost every day after work. It seems to revive me and give me more energy to do things. I highly recommend naps! 5 years ago

I was sitting on my bed yesterday, I had a little time to kill ebfore my friend got here, and I just fell asleep. I awoke abruptly to the phone ringing and then I had to run downstairs to let her in, but it was a good twenty minutes of relaxation. 5 years ago
