How I did it: Did this back in July 2008. Beautiful scenery & despite that you're quite high up in the sky in a small basket with 19 other people; you feel very safe & "just floating on clouds". Check it out!

Forget what-ifs, lack of funds, no willing buddies…. it is one of the most amazing experiences you will ever have. You feel like you have shifted to another dimension when you return to land.
It is like becoming a bird and soaring towards heaven, quietly, weightlessly, ......addictively.
It is like closing your eyes and floating on angel’s breath.
DO IT!!!!

I did this in Palm Spring.
It was cramped, and very hot being next to the fire. But it was peaceful and a wonderful view.
I’m glad I did it.

The hot air balloon festival thing in Bristol looks pretty impressive, so I may do it there.

I have no interest in sky diving or bungee jumping. I don’t want to fight whitewater rapids. I just want to float around and relax.
