I went through a couple weeks of not even caring what I drank, so I have to pay more attention to this goal. It’s not that I drink pop or juice. My downfall is coffee and beer. Along with drinking more water, I’m working on limiting my coffee to two cups a day. I generally only drink beer on the weekends or when we go out and usually end up drinking 3-5, which is WAY too much on calorie content alone. That interferes with my weight loss goal. So the focus is water, water everywhere. 9 months ago
