I want to be a vegan but my mom is unsure about the whole thing. She thinks that it is very unhealtly, she doesn’t understand how i can get the protein and calcium that i need in my diet. I have sent her many different wesites and tried to explain this to her. if someone can please explain this. that would be very NICE!!
My email is uhhohhitsme21@aol.com
thank you=]

I am a vegan, I feel strongly about it but sturggle to find friends who are vegans. I have one friend who is veggie, but the rest are meat eaters. And I love them to pieces but I just feel so different to them. I just want a vegan friend who knows what I am on about! Nobody understands why I am vegan, but I need someone who does!

I am a vegan and tree lover! I don’t know many people who are into veganism or saving the world so I am here. As much as I influence my friends I know I could benefit more from others who are taking the initiative to learn about being Eco friendly who can teach me something!

Well I’ve made two new vegetarian friends. All I want is one down to earth vegan friend. Is that too much to ask?

I think it’s a great goal. I became vegan with some friends and met a lot of others later. My best friends are vegan, so I’m really happy that I’ve met them. I have non-vegan friends too, of course, but it’s so helpful to have those you can talk to without explaining why you don’t eat this and that, those who understand something that is so important to you. And of course, people to have vegan meals with, I enjoy cooking vegan for my friends :)
