Basically I’ve missed Sundays… and a on two other days I didn’t got to the gym, but I did squats and lunges at home and decided to let that count as exercise.
I mean, I don’t do lunges and squats for FUN you know? Lol…
I am marking a big slash on each day that I go. I don’t want to break the chain, but so far… by Sunday I decide to just let it go.

I want this to be a habit. For the first month, my requirement is to simply GO EVERY DAY. I will do 20-30 minutes, on the elliptical or the treadmill, or a combination of different machines.

now that i am back home i have no access to an actual gym…so that means that i did actually compltere this goal! i went to my local gym every day for the remaining few weeks of my stay. and i did feel better for it, and i do actually miss going up there and just running thru everything on that treadmill. and i even miss the spin class! amazing! so now i have to start my own regime here, but without my gym!! sadness..but that does mean that i get to start a new goal for that!!
I just moved out of my mums home and in with my bf… he wants to help me loose weight, and says he’ll by me a prezzie everytime i reach a goal >< but everytime i do something counterproductive (eat custard) he makes jokes about my “diet” oh well, ne ways my short term goal for the nxt month is to go to the gym everyday.

i went to the gym. good class too. can feel the pain for tomorrow morning already tho…i want to get back up there so i can run off the leg soreness, but the depends on the state of my roads…damn the slush..
