buy a house / townhouse

The closing was this morning and took about 20 minutes. I have been packing and shopping all day and my apartment looks like a typhoon went through it. The movers are coming tomorrow. I will post pictures in a few days when things calm down!

Saturday morning I had the inspection, which went fine. I took some pictures but I will have to upload them later. I can’t find the stupid wire at the moment.

This afternoon I had the walk through, and tomorrow morning at 0800 is the closing.

I’m going by myself. I was hoping my boyfriend could go with me, but he is in Indianapolis on business. I will just have to celebrate my (town)home-ownerness solo!!

Yay me!

My house inspection is scheduled for this Saturday at 0900 am. My mom is going with me. I can’t wait!! I’m going to bring my camera and take pictures.

I packed a bunch of boxes and now my apartment looks like a disaster zone.
I am excited and nervous at the same time!! ack!

The closing is now scheduled for the 27th. That way I can move on a week day (the 28th). I save a bunch of cash by not moving on a weekend day.

My home inspection is going to be on April 22. I am very excited! My mom is going to be here to go with me. Yippee!

I made an offer on a townhouse last Sunday, and it’s been accepted. I just have to fill out the paperwork for the loan and schedule everything. I’m so excited!!

I have an appointment with a real estate agent for Saturday. I am excited!
Also I got the book from the library and I’m reading it for good tips.
