I love it!! It is so relaxing. I can do it right before bed and still go right to sleep. It really streamlines your body and makes you feel soo good, and strong. I’ve found, in addition though, you really do have to do other aerobic exercise to increase your heartrate, and lung capacity. But overall, pilates, very simply, ROCKS! :)
