I’ve eaten squid on a number of occasions and really enjoy it. The true challenge is to do what I did yesterday and eat it whole cooked in its own ink. It’s… um… different. And it stains your mouth black. Enjoy!

My friend brought kalamari in for her lunch to school one day. All I really remember is that it was chewy and a day old, so maybe that’s why I didn’t like it.
