All I have to say is that I love Spain. Only the crazy Spanish can make a scheme like running with bulls sound like a great idea or spending two hours chucking tomatoes at each other into an event like no other. I loved every minute of this trip and I would recommend it to anyone who loves adventure.

I’m currently in the UK awaiting my flight to Valencia. I can’t wait; my next entry about this will be telling you people what it was like.
An added bonus is that Europe’s biggest street fair is in London tomorrow, guess where I’ll be?
and I will have accomplished this thing!
I am so stoked. If you are going see you there.
I can’t wait. I am so close to finishing this thing. I have set up my accommodations through a travel agency in London, now all I have to do is get on a plane. It is going to be great. I can’t wait to report back on the experience. Spain here I come.
I am publicly committing to accomplishing this thing this year. Now the question is where to stay, Buñol or Valencia?
I can definitely see myself hopping on a plane a week before the festival with my passport, some very cute tops, an amazing pair of sunglasses, and my very limited spanish vocabulary…
Not this summer, though…
I went to Spain’s tomato festival back in 1998! It was AWESOME. Yes, lots of wasted tomatoes that could have fed hungry mouths…but I’m a fun minded dreamer too. Advice: Wear goggles, bring a disposable water proof camera, and wash off the tomato juice as soon as you can because once it is baked on you, it stinks like you wouldn’t beleive! That was my mistake. People in the train on my way home to my hotel wouldn’t even sit near me- they were even sneering. I finally arrived at the ocean and jumped in, hiking boots and all just to get clean!
