lkel is Reassessing Life
I have always loved chocolate. There’s something so connecting with the textures, aroma, taste, and decadence of enjoying something so rich and even sensual. I’m a fan of all chocolate, with Hazelnut being my least favorite flavoring though. I consider chocolate to be a major food group in and of itself. I too was inspired by Chocolat (the movie) and would love nothing more than to have a small, unique chocolate shop like hers…something wonderfully unique and mysterious as to how something could be so good. For whatever reason it just hasn’t seemed like a solid, pay the bills type of career. This is my biggest hurdle, as well as already having a completely different career of 30 years in the legal field. How to make that jump or leap of faith. Especially in a field that I don’t know as well. Something of tremendous interest and close to my heart.
