Heh, I made my friend Hayley promise to make me godmother to her firstborn lol! One down, now I just need to make all my other friends make the same promise! I’m such a crazy person huh, lol.

I’m godmother to my niece, and of course her Aunt so naturally she gets double spoiled. I was so honored when my sister asked when she found out she was expecting. Two years later its still great, I couldn’t ask for a better niece/godchild! Just seeing her brings a smile to my face. Of course she’s also as spoiled now as she was when she was a baby. :)

If you do this, you have to make the effort to keep your goson/daughter happy and give presents, be there at important times, I mean you’ve become a part of his/her life so take responsibility. My godson is my 10 year old cousin, I see him about once a year coz he lives in France and I try never to forget his birthday (I wsas bad at that at the beginning coz I became a godmother quite young). He’s gonna be a great footballer and has the typical blond hair that runs in the family.

My little godson was born at approximately 5pm today! He weighs 7 pounds 7 ounces, is 20 inches in length, and has a head full of curly black hair. His mom is recuperating in the hospital and is eager to return home and begin her new life as a mom. YIPPY!!!!

My bestfriend just called to say that her water broke a few minutes ago!!!! I’m so excited, soon I’ll have a little godson to spoil, kiss, tickle and cuddle. Sadly they live in Nashville so I won’t be able to meet the new baby boy for a few weeks, but I’m sure he’ll be tired of me speaking baby talk on the phone by then! Now the question is what name she’ll decide to give him, the dad wants a rendition of his name so we’ll see what transpires. YIPPY!!!
