Bring back friendship bracelets.

I am very proud to inform you all that a coworker and I unofficially declared today “Friendship Bracelet Monday” and spent most of our shift working on bracelets for each other. However, because we had to hastily stuff them in our pockets when the manager came by, we didn’t finish. As a result I am happily working on it between typing. Actually, now that I think about it, I don’t think I’d ever actually finished one before.. But now I suppose I’ve been bitten by the ‘friendship bracelet bug’, so to speak, and I’ve begun to think that gradually coercing all of my friends into having a bracelet exchange before we all go to college wouldn’t be strange behavior at all.

AHHH! i just made one of these for a friend, and now i want to make a dozen more. i think this is one of the best ways to let someone know, hey i thought about you.

I make friendship bracelets out of embroidery floss. They’re HUGE at my girlscout camp. I’m making one for each person in my forensics class, and I’ll totally make one for anyone who wants one!
