play racquetball

Now that I know i can do this I think it will always be with me. Ive done it I am doing it and I am retiring this goal. I cant wait to be on the court again.

This is my winter sport. Come on winter and cool down Florida.

I stopped playing…my excuse being the heat of the Florida sun baking me on the court. I am so looking forward to it getting cooler out so I can get back in there. Maybe Sunday…realllllly early in the morning.

So I kinda lost custody of my gym membership in the course of my pending divorce. But alas! I have found a FREE racquetball court at a local park. Is the court the best quality? Clean? Always available when I want it? Air conditioned? NO NO NO NO However it is FREE. I have been able to play for the last couple weeks and I am jazzed about it! Now if I could just get back to the same physicality and skill level I had before…Give it time.

I’ve done this many times.

I used to play from about 17-25. I played allll the time. Couldnt get enough. Then I got busy with other things. I joined a gym at the begining of the year and played a few times. It was great I loved it. Then I got sick. Stopped playing again. I really want to do this regularly.

I play for my high school racquetball team and this year I won state! YAY! It was amazing! It’s such a fun sport to play and it’s one that you can keep playing as you get older too.

and a racquet, went and bought the gear yesterday. Gonna try and get a court time booked for this week.
