It's a start! 2 days ago

Couldn’t sleep, so went for an update. This nighttime updating isn’t going to help my other ‘things’ i.e Get a Routine, but still…

In a desire to improve my writing, I started a blog. Unfortunately, after posting some old, and poor, poems, I stopped updating.

Now I hope to write a lot more, starting today.

Visit my blog foureighteightysix and read my latest post “The Curse of the Mediocre”.

I am not sure if I want to do this anymore. I don’t know if I even like to blog. Maybe I will stop blogging instead. That’ll teach ‘em.

I am doing OK. I don’t know if I really need to do it more frequently or if I just need to lower my expectations. Right now, I think I will specify the goal to include 2x per week.

Just updated so I am 1/2 done for the week!

I’m too lazy most of the time to update my blog (areyousittingcomfortably.squarespace.com). For me it’s almost a space that’s in a design flux, as I change the design completely from week to week.

I guess that ust shows how impulsive I am

Once you get started, it’s kind of addicting…

Finally. 2 years ago

All right, after about two weeks of internet silence, I have updated my blog.

I don’t know what it is about keeping up with it. I think it might be the fact that I can’t think of any ideas, or that I’m afraid that what I’m saying isn’t really that important.

But whatever. I guess I’ll start actively thinking about things, and maybe inspiration will strike.

That’s what I’m hoping, at least. Fingers crossed!

I’m participating in National Blog Posting Month over on the knitting blog http://elabeth.blogspot.com/ Just making yourself post once a day for a month is enough to get into the habit. Try it.
