i really wanna learn how to do it

I can do lot’s of dancing,but I haven’t ever learned how to poi,pop,are liquid. Need help like ASAP!!!

I am always fascinated when people liquid dance, since I most likely won’t ever have the upper body strength to break dance, maybe this can be an alternative for me.
