How I did it: My family and I drove up to Lake Tahoe! My dad flew up for a CME (continued medical education) and my mom, naomi, oliver, andrew, mark, james, and I drove up. IT was like a 7 hour drive! with 7 people in one Yukon XL GMC!!! Once we were up there, it was SO SO relaxing.     VACATION 14 months ago

    People should take vacations at least every 3 months. It doesn’t have to be far away (although, I require SE Asia), or expensive. Just go somewhere, anywhere where you can relax and unwind. I usually find my self in a jungle or a tropical island, however, my next trip seems to be a toss up between Scotland and Mongolia. Anyway, just go. Take a few days off and enjoy.

    So I’ve since returned from my vacation and it has been just fabulous. I’ve traveled many cities, much of that in Spain, seen many pretty/nice/cool things and had lots of fun.

    I hope I can get those good vibes going for a while still.
