How I did it: I've been always an athletic person. Bu to be a fit person and be an athletic person are totaly different than eachothers. So for to be a fit athletic, I thougt I need to 50 push ups a day at least since I'm working full time and I did, and I'm still doing it.

60 proper push ups, divided in 4 sets. I feel good about that. But I am a lot weaker now than I was one year ago.
Lets face it; with 3 nights a week blocked for classes, I won’t get much exercise unless i go for it at home. So for the next weeks, I’ll head for the basic push ups and sit ups on the cold stone of my apartment.
