Play a musical intrument on a street corner

That’s awesome! I’m planning to do this this coming September. My hometown has a Jazz and Blues festival and lots of people play instruments in the street. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do, and i think i have enough expirence with my Saxophone to give it a try.

When I was 18, I went to Germany as an exchange student. On a trip to Munich, I played my clarinet on the side of the street for a while… I only knew a few songs, so it was mostly just playing around random notes and rhythms. I pretty much sucked, actually… but it was a lot of fun, and I ended up with almost 4 marks in my case! (granted, the vast majority of that was other students that came along on the trip) I could easily see me doing that down the road, maybe on weekends when I don’t have anything going on or something, once I learn how to play that guitar.
