So far I'm doing about 50 — 2 years ago
Doing about 50 of them at home, a couple times a week….Not to mention using 2 AB Machines at Curves 3x a week (Obliques and regular Ab/Back machine).
I’m gonna try and increase it next week…or try to fit it in Every Day…as my goal states…then I can start climbing up to 200. I used to do this about 10 years ago….(I guess it’s tougher when you’re older lol)
