    So far I'm doing about 50  — 2 years ago

    Doing about 50 of them at home, a couple times a week….Not to mention using 2 AB Machines at Curves 3x a week (Obliques and regular Ab/Back machine).

    I’m gonna try and increase it next week…or try to fit it in Every Day…as my goal states…then I can start climbing up to 200. I used to do this about 10 years ago….(I guess it’s tougher when you’re older lol)

    Worth doing!

    I do about 600-800, 5-6 days a week.It’s easy if you just think about doing it when you are doing nothing else.especially tv or before you shower, just doing 15 or 20 at a time then after a couple days you just add more..just dont stop, its more work when your tone and have to start over again then it is the first time around.!Good luck:)
