Bring the abs back

on my arms more than my abs. :( What am I waiting for??

...but the weather has been crap here (rain, rain and more rain) and it has made it difficult to work out.

I suppose I could always go to the gym but I don’t have much motivation for that. I’d much rather go rollerblading for an hour. At least that way you get to spend some time outdoors, especially nice after being in front of a computer all day!

Does anyone know of a dance to make the rain stop? :P

I feel that i am the only one trying to do this, anyone out there?

I am still working on it but i should watch out what i am eating also, i know my abs is hidden beneath that layer called as my belly :)

I have started working today, even I am very tired, I want them back!
