pack my lunches

I can’t imagine NOT packing my lunches now. It’s the best way to make sure that I get a lunch that’s high in nutrition and low in calories and it’s crazy expensive to buy lunch. And, in the time I save not having to go somewhere and wait in line and purchase food, I find a quiet spot and read.

Someone I used to work with kept track of the money she saved by bringing her lunch and used it to pay for a trip to Russia. She ended up meeting her future husband on that trip! So bringing your lunch could help you find true love!

I bought “tv dinners” and soup for the 5 lunches. It averages out to about $2/meal which saves me a few dollars everyday. Seems like most of my goals are inter-related. I really need to keep up with this one. Last week I spent a lot on crap food when I could have been eating good stuff for less.
