I have been thinking about something in the following fields:
sales
marketing
fundraising
non-profit work
editing (magazine/books)
wedding/event planning
underwater basket weaving =P
oh..if only I had a crystal ball to tell me which is the best….

After sometime scouring the classifieds I now believe that the way to find well paid and interesting activity is to simply create it yourself. Give yourself a job in some way. The obvious place to do this is the internet, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Afterall most people only end up making peanuts anyway on the internet.
Give yourself a job – lets say creating keyholes in front doors, a 5 minute exercise and well paid, security and convenience. Have been meaning to give it a go but a bit scared of messing up expensive doors!
Being scared to do things is probably not helping in my quest is it?

This goal goes along with the ‘get a job’ goal, so it’s pretty easy for me to mark both as accomplished.
This goal is a bit more specific, and I have to say that it fits my current job very well.
I work in a job that pays fairly well and it is very interesting. I actually enjoy going to work each day, and I love what I do. The people that I work with really help this by being awesome people.
If you are going to get a job, be sure to get one that you enjoy, as you are going to probably spend a good part of your life at this job.

Finding a job you enjoy changes everything in your life. Do all you can to avoid staying in a job that you hate. If you don’t know what you want to do, look at your hobbies and see which one of those could be a job.

... I guess anything over £13,500 a year will do, but I’d love to earn over £15,000. It’s not like admin work is exactly the best paid sector out there.
