Hello, I’m Italian so of course i speak Italian =)
I’m already fluent in English, French and Spanish.
I can easily conversate in Egyptian Arabic but can’t read and write.
I can speak and understand quite well Brazilian Portuguese.
I can speak and understand “some” Russian, and read Cyrillic alphabet (it took about 45 minutes to learn the alphabet, against all odds).
Now I live in Thailand from five months and I plan to stay much longer so I have the good opportunity to learn Thai as well, I’m soon going to take classes.
I’m 25 years old so hopefully I still have time and brain to improve and learn some more, I think the next step will be Chinese, Japanese or German =)

So far I know English, Thai, Spanish, and Japanese. I took ASL for a year too, but then I forgot most of it =( My next goals are German, Italian, and Portuguese. Then after that I want to learn Hindi, Greek, French, Mandarin, Korean, and Swahili. I wonder if it’s even humanly possible to speak so many languages fluently? The most I’ve known a person to speak is seven. 4 years ago

kbaby24So far...

I can honestly say that I am fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and now Ancient Greek – mostly out of necessity because it’s a class I’m taking in school. I’d love to be fluent in sign language, Gaelic, MODERN Greek, Latin, Italian, and German…then of course all the others. = ) 5 years ago

Babbling DweebSpanish

I took a few years of Spanish in school, but never used it and now much has been forgotten -so I have been reviewing with some CDs and it’s all coming back to me now. I look forward to improving and speaking with friends just for fun :) 7 years ago

Brad HeintzUkrainian!

As readers of my blog know, I’ve been studying Ukrainian, just for the heck of it. I work with a couple of Ukrainian guys, so I’ve been getting the inside scoop on colloquial phrases that the language tapes don’t share.

I’ve downloaded a bunch of language courses, and will be brushing up on my Spanish and Mandarin when I’m through the Ukrainian course. After that… Arabic? Hindi? French? 7 years ago

Brad HeintzConsolidation

I took out some specific entries of the form “Learn Language X” and replaced them with this. The languages will still be there, and this is lower on my priority list at the moment. 8 years ago
