Become a "Big Brother"

....and it’s been heavy on my mind. I want to adopt a child.

You know, I’ve had this revelation that I’d like to share. I think alot, and I have wondered why alot of people out here worry about having children of their own, but what about the kids that are already in the world already, with no one to look after them? I know, I know, it’s nothing like having a kid of your own, your flesh and blood, your pure seed, but think about it….If we’d adopt the kids that are already here, and love them as if they were our own, wouldn’t that be the same? That love and compassion, caring and sympathy that they need, that we would give our very own offspring, wouldn’t that make them ‘your’ child? I don’t think that that little boy or girl, wheather black, white, yellow, orange, purple, or whatever color would really care if they came from you. The love that you would show them in raising them and giving them a home that they could call their own, I think, would be more than enough. I think that would count enough as them being more than just your own flesh and blood….I hope I made some sense of this.
