ECStar128 is studying for finals
How I did it: It took me five years in a two year school but I finally did it. I took my time and took classes that I found were interesting, instead of what I needed. I wanted to be a more cultured, more well rounded person. I took every class under the sun; some I needed, some I didn't. But alas, I am finally finished!!!!! Read how I did it…

because I have well surpassed the requirements for an AA, I am merely finishing up those required for an AS. because science is awesome.
I started taking college classes when I was still in high school, so I really expected to finish in under two years. I dropped a lot of classes and passing English seemed almost impossible. I thought I was going to finish after my fall ‘07 semester, but once again I managed to fail English. I transferred to a 4-year college anyway, but I went back over the summer and finally passed my last class and got my degree.
I’ll have my AA by Spring 2010! Whoot. I would have it sooner, but I don’t want to worry about coming back from SAS and trying to transfer to a university. So, I’ll come back from SAS and take 2 more classes, and then transfer!
kaid1 needs a little something
It kind of snuck up on me. After this semester, all I should need to do is take a computer course, and do the paperwork to apply. Crazy. While that will still have to wait until an available semester, it’s still shocking to see how little I have left to do. I’m going to have a degree!
I’m finally in my FINAL semester of school at Saint Petersburg College. God I can’t wait to finish and go to University of South Florida.
Woooo!
msjulz still yearns for more
oh man.. after having to drop out of school to have my son, being out of school for two years, and then trying to go back to school, changin my major. i didn’t think i’d make it. but i did! graudated last summer with my second Associate’s degree. i’m really thankful. and miraculously suddenly quit having the nightmares about failing school!
That took me forever but it was worth every minute. I’m going on with my education which I hope goes faster than my start.
I’m only taking American Government and Comp 1 this semester, but I plan on taking on a full load this spring. I don’t know if I need to finish my AA by taking the Semester at Sea or not. I’ll look into it more. I’m really excited about Spring.
