I don’t get to see my cousins and uncles and aunts on the East Coast very often so it was great to visit Uncle George (pictured w/ Georgie) and see Joe, Bob, Deanna, Kristen, Georgie, Nicole, Heidi, Frank, Frankie, Nicholas, Lauren, my Mom and sister Carol all in a 4 day period.
Mostly I realized that it’s fun to see the relatives as it gives great perspective. These people are awesome!
I spent much of the time in Newburyport and stayed on Plum Island. I’ll be posting pictures of my favorite places when image upload starts working.

This is turning into a small Spils family contingent (Mom, Carol & me) visiting the East Coast relatives for a long weekend. We’ll see Uncle George and also celebrate Uncle Joe’s b-day. I booked the ticket this morning (flying the red-eye to Boston). Should be fun!

A few family members are headed to Boston in October and I’ll join them for a long weekend to see the relatives … specifically Uncle George. Fun!

I’m talking to my brother today to coordinate, but I’m thinking the 13-17 so I can visit my Uncle George and also attend my Uncle Joe’s 70th B-day. Uncle George has a pesky case of cancer which is prompting my visit but it’s really a great excuse to go see my East Coast relatives in Boston, Newburyport and North Andover.

I don’t have an uncle George, I have uncles named Jorge my favorite passed away he was ADORABLE!!! Of course your uncle would probably be freaked out if a total stranger comes to visit him.
So when you visit him tell him hi! from the stranger me.
