I started using this programme ages ago but didn’t get very far with it, I think it scares me and I don’t believe that I could ever do the splits. But then if I don’t try then I won’t know what I’m actually capable of. So I’ll try again. 8 months ago

Hubby and I did stretching a couple nights together in the living room by our fire place. It was fun, and I love to poke fun at him because he is literally the least flexible person in the world.
