I’ve gained 20 lbs in 6 months and I feel so fat! I’m small so it really looks bad on me. I need to stop eating bad foods! I know how to eat healthy but the fries and desserts just call my name…
I exercise a lot but it keeps getting harder as I lose weight.

I am back down to what I weigh before I started college! I got my new driver’s lisence a few days ago and when the lady asked me if my height and weight were the same as the last lisence I was so proud to say “Yes!”
I’m so amazed at what a few simple changes can do. I am done feeling bad about my body.
It’s amazing what cutting out snacking will do for you! I lost 5 pounds not being bored enough to snack and going for a long walk everyday with the puppy. I’m loving this, it wasn’t even that hard.
I think if I keep up with the workout dvd I got, and try to eat even healthier, I could get there in no time!
I think I lost it a long while ago. I mean…I don’t really have a scale. I don’t really know how much weight I gained or lost or whatever. But I am happy about my body right now…I don’t feel bigger. So I’m checking this off. Hopefully I’ll have lots of time this summer to work out and feel even better!
I eat crazy healthy. No meat, plenty of veggies, tons of tea, because I like it! Lately in order to get rid of the weight put on since beginning college I’ve been eating even healthier and the pants just keep getting tighter! What am I doing wrong!
wooo i just got an item i recently splurged on : Turbo jam (max results package). I was worried but i just did one of the DVD’s and i feel amazing. The work out was so much fun….yet also one of the hardest work outs i’ve had in a long time.
after one work out i’m in love with turbo jam!! Now let’s see if i get some good results.
I’ve been working out very hard core this whole summer. I’ve pretty much tried to work out in some capacity every day.
yet i just stepped on the scale and i gained a couple pounds…
i’m pretty sure it must be muscle because i look more toned and fit than i did when i started this whole thing.
it’s still frustrating though…i think i really need to make adjustments to what i eat.
I’m starting a hard core food and exercise log today, hopefully that will help matters : /
