Both my husband and I have resolved to be happy this year. It’s April and we have only been partly successful. We both think that happiness comes from the inside and external factors, unless extreme, do not dictate your level of happiness in life. What do you think. If I’m bipolar then thats OK. I’ll be happy sometimes and I can accept that. I don’t know what my mood depends on. But I will try to do little things everyday. like eat breakfast. and focus on yoga philosophy. and sit less. 2 months ago
