Do an MA in creative writing

Now I’m working on the OU’s Advanced Creative Writing course I really want to do the MA too. But the OU don’t do one (yet?) and everyone else seems to really want a good degree to join them, and thats something I’m not convinced I can get. I mean there are some really interesting modules to be taken, but I’m not sure I have the brains to get higher than a 3rd.
I guess this is something to worry about later…

I have just had a letter offering me a place and I have accepted! The course starts in October.

My application is now in and I just have to wait and see. Wish I had some idea what my chances were and wether to get my hopes up.

After the open day I was even more inspired to apply. The application needs to be in by February so I will be working on this over the Christmas holiday.

Next month I am going to an Open Day at Lancaster University. Then I have to decide whether I want to apply for next year – whether I’m really going to try to do this …
