It’s cool to do but there are other things I’m also into for upper body strength.

It’s cool to do but there are other things I’m also into for upper body strength.
I’m not really doing this at the moment, it had a good run and I used ergscores.com to record my progress.
These days I am just going to the gym 3 times a week.
I am trying to either use the rowing machine, row, or run every day. I’d rather be out on the water – but it takes more time on the water!
