Very relaxing. If you’re getting one as a substitute to “alleviate physical tightness”, then you won’t be satisfied. It’s always good to get a massage, whether it’s a professional or someone you know who’s willing to offer one to you. It’s good for you all over, inside and out.

I didn’t find the full body massage as effective as the partial massage (which was primarily the back). The woman spent way too much time on my arms, hands and feet. She spent some time on the legs (like two-four rubs) and the remaining time on my back. I definitely wouldn’t define what I received as being full-body, so I guess find a service that fits your definition and stick to it.
