Seen her three times, and she keeps getting better and better. I recommend seeing her on her next tour for her new album, which will be in the near future.
She is my number one favorite musician and songwriter. Of course, when I spoke with her, my words were a jumbled mess. Sigh.

saw her play in london a few years back at the borderline and a young singer called Josh Ritter supported her.. whom since I’ve been a huge fan of and seen his career blossom and then I saw sarah H again this year at the Arts Centre in London and loved her set. I’m A mountain is a glorious record.. and Sarah a huge talent.

I hadn’t seen Sarah live since I was 17 and snuck into a bar in my hometown to see her band Weeping Tile. Back then, she showed up in a t-shirt and pajama bottoms for their set.
Recently, I went to see her play the Malkin Bowl in Vancouver. It was a beautiful night for an outdoor concert. I had managed to get seats 4th row centre and had good friends around me.
I’m not sure how it would have been to see her if I’d been particularly happy, but in the melancholy mood I was in at the time her music was perfect.
I look forward to the next time!

So worth it! I saw her twice and both times were amazing. The last time was in Calgary in a church which was the perfect setting. The first time I actually got to meet her afterwards and she signed my copy of All Of Our Names!

I love Sarah Harmer! I brought my Digital Rebel and happily, sneakily snapped away while she flawlessly sang “I Am Aglow”, “Goin’ Out” and my favourite, “Lodestar”.
