This is a big part of relaxing and clearing your head. I sit in a cubical all day and hate it like most. I would like to get regular massages as an escape from this…
anyone know any descent cheap massage therapists in south LA?
cia007 is ultra relaxed.A little acupuncture, a little wine, and the weekend!
Worth doing!
If you can get your doctor to justify you need massage, you can get a referral for ‘medical massage’ that is covered by many health insurance plans. I did this and only had to pay $6.25 a visit each week for ‘stress management’...it was the best gift my doctor could have given… and it does make a difference as I don’t need it as much any more.
Worth doing!
I’ve been very consistent in getting massages every 2 weeks and I feel great!!
Worth doing!

I get a one-hour massage (along with chiropractic adjustment) every two weeks. Check your medical inurance and see if they will cover it then find a chiropractor who works with a massage therapist.
treated me to a massage this weekend. we both agree that everyone in the world should have a massage every day and there would be no more war.
The regular massage seems to help when I’m having symptoms, but when I am not, I don’t want to give up the time and money. Maybe “regular” need only mean 2 times a year—-
I’m not taking this off of the goal list, but I just don’t feel like it. And what’s regular anyway-once a year? Once, I needed the massage to release the endorphins or get rid of the kinks, but I just don’t feel like it anymore. I won’t delete it from my 43 things, yet…but maybe in a few weeks.
