...five days a week is tough, but I’ve stuck with it. It’s been about six weeks now. Over the past year, I had slowly gained weight working out only 4 days a week. My clothes were getting snug. Getting dressed every morning was depressing. It feels awesome to fit in my clothes again especially the pair of skinny jeans I had pushed to the back of the closet. I feel energetic and stronger. Becoming a vegan and cutting calories has helped too. Surprisingly, this part was easier than I expected.
