i will always make healthy choices in my daily diet. this means eating organic food, whole food, healthy food. all of my produce should be organically grown, fresh and raw. no dairy. no more than a dozen organic, free-range eggs per month. no salt. no fat. minimal amounts of raw brown sugar. whole grains organically grown. very little red meat and then only organic free-range meat. i’m going to eventually wean myself off animal products completely and prepare my food macrobiotically. of course no tobacco, drugs or alcohol and i’ll wean myself off of caffeine.
