I am officially down to 175 pounds. That’s what I weighed in my freshman year of university! I’m going to leave this goal here for one more week to make sure I don’t gain it back. Ideally I’d like to hit 174 before removing the goal. Next up: 170 lbs (my high school weight).

I weighed in this morning at just under 176 lbs. If I can be disciplined this week, I should be able to drop under 175!

I used to weigh about 250 pounds but I have lost weight now I’m about 210-215. 175 pounds really isn’t a healthy weight for my height because I should weigh about 150 but, I also like having curves. So this weight is my personal ideal for me. I need to lose about 35 pounds to get there. Wish me luck! Hopefully I can lose about 10 pounds a month.

177! I’ve made an effort this week. I haven’t had any junk food since Sunday, and plan to continue that until I’m below 175. It’s tough to stick to on weekends, though. I’ve also been cutting back my meal portions slightly. I’m sure the running helps as well, and I’ve starting hitting the weights lightly again. Doing a couple sets of 6-12 reps with moderate weight. 140 on the bench, 25 on the dumbells.

I seem to be gaining weight again. Not looking good. I’m still at that 180-pound wall. On the other hand I’ve started running this week. Going to aim for 3 days a week on the Couch-to-5K plan.

174.5 today. And I’ve weighed 175 a bunch of days already, but not consistently. I wanted to make it definite.
Wow, for over two years I have been working to lose 25 pounds. Now I have to figure out what to do with myself. I will continue to watch my diet, and exercise most days. My BMI is healthy at 22.5 and I look good to myself when I look in the mirror. That I’m done with this goal hasn’t fully set in yet – I could always go lower… hmm.
