So the house looks decent [sometimes] but I can never achieve a sparkling clean home. First of all, who can with two toddlers to keep up with?! I just wish I could wake up and do chores ‘til I finished, which is hard to do in a 2 story house with 5 bedrooms. I honestly don’t understand why I can’t get myself to do this!! I feel that I am a really good mommy & wife but when it comes down to all the cleaning, I take forever to finish :/ I can’t stand being in just one room for long periods of time, so I am always cleaning a little bit here and there but I seem to never finish. I stress over it a whole lot more than people thing. I must admit that a lot of the time I catch myself doing other things while I could be cleaning…such as sitting at the computer, reading a book, or arts & crafts.

The man came to read our Electric meter in the basement and I was embarrassed. It wasn’t awful, but there were toys everywhere and the stairs going to the basement were filled with junk.
On a positive note, I asked my husband to help me (which I never do) and we did a power cleaning on Sat and still had time to relax while the kids napped. We had last minute guests on Sat night who remarked how clean the house was – I felt awesome!
New neighbors have stopped by a few times and I felt OK about the shape of the house.
Still need to work on organizing the upstairs.
I like to have a cup of tea each afternoon. My new “game” is to see how much I can get done before the water boils. It is amazing how much can get picked up in that amount of time. All the toys that made it to the kitchen and living room are back where they belong. If someone came into the house I wouldn’t be embarrassed! Well, as long as they didn’t go upstairs :)
1. do dishes after every meal. clean off counter after every meal
2. pick up all toys at nap time and bed time
3. clean bedrooms and pick them up morning and night
I want to start today, but I have no energy. I think maybe tomorrow? Agh.
I seem to spend WAAAAYYYYY too much time on the couch watching TV and messing around on my laptop (and anything else I can think of that IS NOT cleaning the house!) I am very much enjoying my lazy holidaying days at home this week though :) But yes, tomorrow I must get down and dirty! Hmmm… where did I put that duster?
keep at least the living room/kitchen clean. clean up every night before bed.

I moved back to Trieste, to my parent’s House.
I had something like 8 or 9 luggages, and I’m trying to clean up my room in a dignitous way.
It’s not easy, since I have a little room here and a lot of things :D

change the without so the within can flow
for a while, and I was super happy. But then I started back to work full time and it’s been hard to keep up with it. I need to
1.) not watch TV in the evening
2.) not sit on my butt and watch TV in the evening, and
3.) not turn on the TV at all.
But at least if I do the dishes before turning on the TV, bring a load of laundry to the family room to fold while I’m watching, and get up during the commercials to hit the hot spots, I’ll at least be doing something. So I’ll try that for starters.
