It is scary… like you wont believe! It is an obsecene (well, it feels like it) amount of money that is now just missing every month! Hope it all works out in the end :)

WTF! Now I hear since I did not have enough debt up to now, I am still too much of a credit risk! Dammit! This sucks, no idea what to do. Thinking of buying a tent… at least I can afford that with no problem!

Wow. Talk about getting deeper into the worries! Beforehand I was worried since I have not invested in real estate. Now I am worried if I can pay for it all :) But I am super excited and cannot wait to hear from the banks.

Not just a simple choice. When I actually do this it is going to change a lot of things. The freedom I currently have, the amount of cash available every month… Hmm, but I do want to move out of the house. Will look around.

All I can say is that I am developing a serious dislike for estate agents and property is EXPENSIVE.
