grow my own garden

I want my own garden, but that will have to wait until I have my own house and land. I’m growing this weird, flat cactus thing which has grown monstrously huge since I got a cutting of it from my friend’s garden, and I got a night-blooming jasmine plant for my birthday a few months ago. They’re outgrowing their pots and the jasmine tends to grow some kind of weird whitish fungus-like thing on its outermost branches if they grow past a certain length. I should look into that. Also, my parents suck at taking care of plants so I decided to take over two pots of flowers they were growing.

I want to grow my own vegetables, spices, and flowers!

I finally found time to complete this goal! I have flowers, herbs and vegetables. Pics to come soon!

I’m working on some plants right now, but they are indoor/outdoor potted plants. I want a full out garden with herbs, vegetables, flower beds and gardens. I just want to be able to effectively grow something because I am horrible at keeping flowers alive!

I Did That All On My Own(:!

Had my first balcony garden this year. Many perennials – enjoyed sitting among them. Attempted tomatoes but they got some kind of fungus. Did grow my own basil, cilantro and green onions. Wanted to make my own salsa … no tomatoes though. Looking forward to next spring. Maybe I’ll do some herbs inside this winter.

update…I killed my baby veggies, all but two little bean plants. O well, I’m much better with flowers.

it’s in the 70’s today so I got out today and got a little dirty. Flowers are doing GOOD! Vegetables are still babies but they are growing!
