I love cilantro and I like it chunky. Saucy, pulverized salsa is bush league.

It’s amazing how much better this tastes fresh. And it’s really not hard. Everyone adds their own signature to it. Mine is mango and a hot sauce called Scorned Woman!
Most of my herbs are doing fine, but the cilantro is looking wilty, so no salsa yet.

worth doing. It is the right season. The best time to do it is in August or September when you can get tons of yummy fresh tomatoes and cilantro and peppers and garlic. MMMMMMM
...best thing I ever bought off the tv. It makes making salsa soooooo easy. Throw in some tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion, peppers, salt and a pinch of splenda (that’s my secret ingredient).
but right now I can’t find any tomatoes :(
