I’ve had a chance to work out after work lately. Usually I run, but I like doing the weight machines. I feel so firm and strong.
Now that I have data for steps and weight every day, I plotted graph of the two (actually moving average) and noticed a (very slight) correlation. I need to collect more data points. I wonder if a moving average of both actually makes sense. Maybe I need to think about that.
Running after work lately in preparation for a 2 mi run on saturday. Also started wearing my pedometer and tracking steps.
Working on the fifth floor should be good for me. No elevators for me, thanks very much.
It was so fun to resume field crumpets… both to see people and to play the game. But I’m real sore today.
Went by myself for the first time. Good exercise, and I saw a deer. I also won in my (easy) category. Still kind of creepy to be walking around in the woods all alone.
I like it with music. I don’t know if I could do it without, but I don’t really want to try. I also like it on a track. Less boring than a treadmill, but safer than the street.
