Well.. 2 weeks ago

I was going through my room and I found several of my old journals. I think I have 4. I’m currently on my fifth one, but I don’t know what to even write about anymore!
Seems like all I ever do is write about my day…which is fine, but I need to put down my thoughts and feelings, which is hard.
I don’t want to read back through those pages in a few years and get a flashback…

On this website 43 things, I have listed 17 goals to always keep in mind. More will be listed as they come to mind. I will journal as much as possible. The goals that are listed here represent the person that I was, the person I am and the spiritual being I strive to become. Since April I have been working on my spiritual, physical, mental and psychological well-being. To do this I first started out with getting my head straight spiritually—this has been an ongoing project for the last few years. Always remember, you are not a human being in search of the spiritual experience, you are a spiritual being having a human experience.

Hanna was over today, tried to see Char at a community college, reached the middle of Horse Soldiers, feeling good physically.

I really wanted to do this everyday for a month, with no breaks to make it a habit, but haven’t kept up with it. No biggie, I will just jump back into this when I can.

Journal Party 5 months ago

I wrote in my journal yesterday and realized how beneficial it is to do this. I will be able to see my progress and/or the things I need to work on. I am going to work hard to remember to do this everyday. I have made it a goal to have my journal party everyday. A time to let loose and explore how I am feeling. Corny – I know, but I’m happy.

The hard part is over.. 14 months ago

The first step is always the hardest part and then comes the consistency. I started today added my first post to my journal. I’m going to try to do this for four weeks to see if I can turn this into a habit. Writing my daily thoughts was always helpful when I did it in the past. It helped me to stay mentally focused, let’s see how it goes this time around.
