Hot Toddie Schoonover has 30 days to run 200 miles
I did 50 in 51 seconds, rested for 24 seconds and then cranked out the last 30 in 31 more seconds. Not something that I’m going to try again now that I’ve done it. I like doing them slower as it gives me more of a workout. My heart was really racing when I finished.

I’d been lifting weights this afternoon concentrating on my bis, tris and shoulders. This evening was not the time to try doing this as my arms were already sore from being broken down earlier. I did 20 then had to break, then 10, 5, 5, and mustered through to do 10 more. Timing-wise I was doing them well within margin to hit 80 if I didn’t have to break. I’ll have to try this again once my arms have had a chance to rebuild.
This is turning out to be one of the toughest things to do for me. I keep getting to 62 or 63 and then…. nothing. It is taking longer than I expected but there is progress. Once the studies are done I am sure I can spend more time in the gym.
